Question: Is there a way for individuals to stay healthy on this planet?

The avenue to staying healthy depends not just on physical, but also mental, and emotional balance. Where an individual dives off the deep end emotionally, it unbalances all aspects of health.

The human system balances on average of once a day. Otherwise, it’s bending to outside influences, energies, static, sun spots, planetary influences. Thus, the first question to ask is how to maintain balance when bombarded by outside influences.

Acknowledging that outside forces will influence you regardless of your attempts to stay in balance, move your consciousness up a notch. Notice how you feel, take the “temperature” of your emotional state, and if feeling in balance, keep it as a yardstick for measurement.

Make a mental note that you will consciously check in to your emotional state a few times a day. If you notice that you’re not in balance, stop and pull out the yardstick. Focus, and see if you can move yourself back to the base line. The more you do this, the easier it will become.

Also, monitor the amount of outside influences you allow into your space on a daily basis. Where is it said that the TV or radio should be turned on? Where is it said that you should read the news or find out what is going on in a foreign country? It was not so long ago that there was no such thing as TV, radio, international news. People focused on what was in front of them; the very thing they needed to do in that moment or day. Consider doing that as an exercise for a day, and notice how much more balanced you feel, how much more you accomplish, and how expansive you feel.

A short exercise: With your hand on your chest, imagine pushing out from your insides to the outer edge of your body to mentally create a barrier of light around yourself. As the day goes on, notice if you find that you’re feeling negative for no apparent reason. If so, re-establish your light barrier and brush off the negativity.
