When you live from the heart, your journey connects to the core nature of your being and its desire to expand beyond the boundaries of 3-D existence. The heart “knows” and contains the cellular memory of existences beyond the present, into the past and future. The cellular memory identifies and reaches to those experiences most needed for you at this time to venture into and absorb, so that your consciousness understands how you are related to All That Is. Simply be open to controlling your need to listen to the ego and allow the heart to speak to you.
Question: How do I identify when it’s the ego speaking rather than my heart?

Your ego speaks in “I” statements and the desires it identifies are also I-centered. The heart speaks with positive emotion, love, and caring feelings, and does not require material identification. Rather, it facilitates energetic expansion.
