Seeking A New Way of BEing

Seeking A New Way of BEing

Is it in the finding or the seeking that we gain the most satisfying answers? Are we forever to be seeking and having the actual answers just out of our reach because the ultimate satisfaction is in the search? The search is under way for a new way of BEing; of existence apart from the current paradigm. We are done trying to understand human nature, as it is an old vehicle used to carry consciousness. The new consciousness is carried on an elevated vehicle which does not exist in the third dimension. This is why the paradigms have shifted to lift old human form and transition those ready to create their experience at this next level of growth. Discard the outdated paradigms about how to achieve Oneness and how to find the true meaning of joy on this planet. It is not found in the third dimension. The power of the BEing is held in the Soul and Spirit which transcend the used vehicle. That vehicle was useful until the inhabitant reached a certain level of growth and identified the navigational keys. Those keys are now in the ignition and individuals who are ready for the next steps will explore outside their comfort zones to identify and inhabit new paradigms, releasing their old ideas and dramas easily and effortlessly. As a snake discards an outgrown skin, we release the previous persona that carries baggage accumulated over lifetimes and step into a light-filled inter-dimensional space for co-creation of a new conscious existence. Abundance has new meaning, as does joy and ascendance. The Spirit of the new human has mastered third-dimensional...
Silence Speaks: Digging For Treasure

Silence Speaks: Digging For Treasure

When we exercise mindfulness, in which we don’t need to do anything except BE, the silence speaks to us and encourages our action. This action may spur us in a different direction so that we may pursue our highest possible experience in human form. The coward finds faith in things and others. The human Soul believes in a higher good which replaces the external with internal guidance and finds relevant meaning within Self. Finding this treasure requires an excavation that deepens from within. The solution is to allow the external to manifest while responding in a way that appeases our emotional triggers and allows us to dig for the treasure. Finding the treasure requires nothing but to BE ourselves; and the irony is that we do not really know ourselves — a Catch-22, or circumstance that denies closure. The knowing is in the BE-ing, which is a conundrum, for to know requires the insightful circumstance of inner wealth – allowing that part of us which speaks to find our ear and vision. Ideally, we should require nothing but to expand our inner awareness into a powerful, kind, compassionate, heartfelt experience of living every day as if it were our last. Those who exist in an unconscious manner generally ignore the planetary urgency to seek within and consider all as falling into place or correcting itself without participation. The participation of the conscious human BE-ing encourages the emergence of the Soul’s longing. At this level, we seek to preserve humanity and maintain conscious awareness of the sacredness of all BE-ing. The BE-ing then speaks to us on a different frequency...
Challenging Old Beliefs & Boundaries

Challenging Old Beliefs & Boundaries

As we strive for an ideal of achieving balance and alignment, our old beliefs and boundaries will be challenged in our daily experiences so they can be examined. The impression we may hold of authority compares our own inability to function with another who we view as more capable, intelligent or wisdom-filled to guide us into unknown territory. That territory exists within ourselves and the outside appearance reflects the underlying probabilities which lead us in the direction we are meant to go. In general, an authority figure is an icon or person who appeals to our weaknesses and expresses them in a way that leads us into our own darkness, due to insecurity and lack of faith. Our own lack of faith magnetizes these personalities to us because they mirror our internal spaces. How do we know when we’ve arrived at an authentic basis for our choices which will be in our best interest? The underlying influence is an internal resonance developed as we grow into our authentic selves, the true nature of which develops over time while we evolve and participate in experiences and receive thoughts intended to guide our homogenous patterns toward a light-filled manifestation of the new human. That individual is a receptor or transmitter of the more evolved state of humanity as it develops a maturity and understanding about its place in the grander vision of the Universe. We are transitioning through a break in human consciousness which does not carry the resonance of old thinking. The integration and identification of the steep climb toward newly evolved consciousness requires installation of upgraded codes rather than...
Conscious Understanding in Chaos

Conscious Understanding in Chaos

I’ve been trying to understand what is happening in the world right now. Message: Because there is a gap between the conscious understanding of the nature of reality and the truth, the human experience is not inclusive of explanation despite the desire to know. This desire to know is innate to the human species regardless of the number of habitually unexplained experiences. Providing an explanation for an experience is exclusive to the Being who is inquiring. Their version of the reality, or what has occurred, will prompt them to acquire the necessary data to move into a third or fourth reality cone related to their cognition, which supports their version of understanding. Without this element of cognition, there would be a gap in consciousness to freeze or paralyze the ongoing evolution of that particular Being. Thus, the creation of a framework of understanding also creates the forward motion to the individual’s next level of growth. The trauma, or perception of trauma, is an element of managed growth called maliconcept — where the experience is negative, the concepts created by the recipient change their views and versions of reality to alleviate their trauma and allow them to transition to a safe mindset. Otherwise, as mentioned, they would be unable to continue and their path would be frozen or stuck within the framework which they experienced for an indefinite time. The partial alleviation of the trauma pursues a new track, finding the individual navigating within their alternate reality — that reality which is created for perception of safety. When a number of individuals share such experience, they create a pod of...
A Historic Planetary Turn?

A Historic Planetary Turn?

I’m wondering today– how many people can stay focused on their spiritual goals despite the distractions inherent in living and surviving on the planet during these increasingly intense times? Give yourself lots of credit if you’ve been able to integrate spiritual principles and apply them to your daily experiences. Is our planet taking a historic turn towards continuous upheaval? We are all being touched in some way by the hurricanes, earthquakes, etc., affecting large portions of the population. And, there is a stark contrast between the unselfish actions of thousands of first responders and ordinary citizens vs certain American leaders who up until now have only acted in their own self-interest. Could it be that we are teaching our leaders how to lead by demonstrating genuine humanitarian instincts under dire circumstances? Consider yourself heroic if you’re able to stay focused and grounded in your sense of self during these times while you apply your spiritual beliefs in a positive, proactive manner. Stay strong and be the light!...
Earth Realities

Earth Realities

Many of us have heard predictions that eventually there will be two Earth realities (sometimes called parallel universes or multiverses). It’s been said that we will be spun off into different worlds based upon our levels of consciousness… was the recent Solar eclipse a catalyst for this separation ….is it happening now? I wonder this because yesterday, when I walked into Target, I sensed something was different. There was an unusual stillness, less shoppers and mostly employees who were stocking shelves. When I approached the checkout area, the one open cashier waved me off and said that she was closing. I said out loud, “there is no place to check out.” A red-shirted man nearby walked over to a female employee who was standing at the end of the aisle, and asked her to open a register. That’s when I noticed that there were multiple employees just standing around. The employee who checked me out never made eye contact – she looked everywhere else but not into my eyes. As I walked out, I sensed that none of the employees were actively conscious, just functioning on automatic pilot. Message: Individuals such as these are unaware that they are not fully living, because they have not been activated to the truth of their being. They are living in a shell which supports their consciousness without requiring them to act outside of familiar paradigms. There is no judgment about this type of human experience – they do have a purpose. This is more about your observation of the realistic awareness that as consciousness continues to grow in some beings, those who...
Why We Shouldn’t Tell Anyone What To Do — Ever

Why We Shouldn’t Tell Anyone What To Do — Ever

I wonder if I send out an unspoken invitation for friends to give me unsolicited advice, because I’ve received some pretty direct advice from a few of my well-intentioned friends. My first thought is…they must believe that they know what’s best for me, based upon their own wisdom and experience, which makes them confident that, because they know me, whatever they advise me to do will be to my benefit. Should I meekly accept their advice and do as they suggest, even if I haven’t come to their same conclusions about what might be best for me? Will I make my friends happy if I take their advice? On the other hand, I wonder…why would a friend tell me what to do, when, from my perspective, they don’t appear to be taking positive action toward improving their own quality of life, and frequently complain about their circumstances, which don’t appear to be improving. Could this be the human condition…a merry-go-round for stuck people who tell each other what to do and then never do anything? I can only conclude that I’ve created an expectation in those who know me that I will act a certain way or continue on a certain path, producing familiar results based upon my past behavior. And if I don’t, my friends are comfortable offering their loving support by giving me feedback on my deficiencies so that I’ll behave as they expect and return to the familiar path. Of course, those expectations are created from learned behavior, past experiences, and society’s expectations of what success looks like. And, if I don’t behave as expected, I...
I Have Always Been a Seeker

I Have Always Been a Seeker

I have always been a seeker… wanting to find the answers to existential questions. As a result, I’ve stored a lifetime of questions, and my connection with a higher level of intelligence has allowed me to receive the answers that I’ve sought. When I created this blog, I was very surprised to find that, when I wrote, I was able to put my ego aside, suspending my own thought processes to receive enlightening messages telepathically. Some people may refer to this as automatic writing or channeling. When I asked questions, I received answers with information that was not within my scope of knowledge or expertise. Also, the vocabulary used in answering my questions was not in my usual manner of speech or writing. At last, I was able to ask about all of the things I’d been wanting to know, receiving amazing, and often mind-boggling, answers. My book, “Not What We Appear To Be,” is an edited compilation of messages written over the course of three years and offers illuminating insights into the value of the Earthly experience and tools to support the spiritual journey. This book is not a quick read…it is meant to be read slowly and ‘digested.’ More than one reader has mentioned that they like to refer back to individual sections as they navigate challenging life experiences. Readers tell me they enjoy my book because…It offers an outside-the-box perspective to answer many Universal questions. It also offers a new perspective on how to navigate our reality and manage personal interactions. It contains answers about the relationship of difficult life experiences to Soul evolution, the impact of making...
Wedded to the Journey

Wedded to the Journey

All that distracts and is outside of ourselves is just polarized noise – a distraction from the truth of our being; a mind game to keep us polarized – a phenomenon created to separate us from the oneness of being. And so long as we allow ourselves to be triggered and distracted by it, our ability to exist in wonder, magic, manifestation, and authenticity will be eternally elusive. The ego is a fraud which collects our doubts, fears, and misperceptions in order to control our illusionary experience. Step outside that space and what do we have? Is it ordinary or extraordinary? Reach for the values that exist within love. That includes cherishing and accepting the truth which your soul calls you to understand. The value of life is a seed which grows from the smallest thought that you may germinate from the inside out. Navigate your life from that part of you that perceives that what is outside of yourself teaches and guides but does not control you. For example, the perception of the tree includes the leaves, the trunk, the roots, the rain, the sunshine, the birds and insects. All support the ecosystem of the tree so that it may thrive. But there are no polarizing factors unless there is an outside threat. So as a human what is your ecosystem – what nourishes you and makes you grow and what threatens your health and life support. Where do you sink your roots? How deep do your roots reach and is the sustenance adequate to nurture you? I am a tree. If I am a tree, the clouds contain...
The Many Layers of Our Reality

The Many Layers of Our Reality

Can we accept that our certainty about what is true today may change tomorrow? In fact, can we allow that we are changing and evolving on a continual basis, despite our best efforts to stay the same? Years ago, when I read Caroline Myss’ book “Anatomy of the Spirit,” (published in 1996) her rules for living made a big impact. The first two rules are: “Make No Judgments” and “Have No Expectations.” At that time, I wondered if I could ever apply these rules in my life, and so began a personal experiment. I initiated an internal practice of noticing when I am making a judgment about anything, and then mentally examine my perceived judgment. I then attempt to disentangle the reasons why I’ve arrived at a judgmental conclusion. This practice has produced some helpful and healing perspectives. And, I recently applied it when I received an interesting reaction to my new book. When a family friend read the book’s Preface which describes my personal journey, they reacted negatively, not wanting to believe that their idyllic perspective of my family life was different from the dysfunctional experiences I related. The book’s title, “Not What We Appear to Be,” refers to the many layers of our reality, and this was so true about my family life. However. after reading the book’s Preface, and subsequent themes which offer new perspectives about the human experience, the friend prefers to believe that their own perspective is true, and refuses to consider that there may be other possibilities. They closed the door to engaging in any conversation. Yes, I was disappointed, but I respect their desire to close...
Predictions that Generate Fear

Predictions that Generate Fear

What can you tell me about predictions of a catastrophic shift of the Earth’s poles? Will this happen and do I need to prepare for it? The vital instinct for survival expects catastrophe, for this is in your genetic makeup. The fight or flight mechanism produces the results of expectation of disaster, thus you turn your attention to protecting yourself and planning it in many ways. When you are given this type of prediction, your first reaction is to connect with fear of extinction, and a frozen (panicked) body reacts without consideration of the best possible options. Thus, you have been correct in taking the first step to release the fear associated with this prediction, including fear of the unknown and desire to take those actions previously considered, such as stockpiling food, water, and moving to a safer location. The purpose of predictions is to expand the connection between cerebral cortex and reasoning ability so that a vibration is released to uncover those cords associated with imaginative experience. There are local and nonlocal connections to these cords which find their way through emotional and multidimensional channels. When a parallel connection is made, it manifests on multiple levels as experiences both inside and outside the vibratory field. It manufactures a reality which mass consciousness will accept as fact regardless of actual manifestation. Taking this a step further, the manufacture of the experience can be diluted or dissolved by turning your attention to an alternate reality channel — changing the channel excludes the energetic currents associated with fear-based expectations. In answer to your question about whether pole shift will occur…yes, it is...
Coping During Chaos

Coping During Chaos

We have problems wrapping our minds around the certainty of our mortality, so we generally ignore our fragility and assume that nothing is going to change. We make plans, and assume that our future will be consistent and predictable. That is, until we hear predictions about global warming, mass extinction, asteroids nearing Earth, and polar shifts. Astrological conjunctions indicate that in the next few years we will experience a jarring shift in our daily lives that will result in massive chaos. And, as a result of the recent U.S. election, some believe that we are now experiencing the ‘underworld.” How do we cope? The unknown does not respond to fear or anticipation of outcome, and it doesn’t provide a personal connection to support and comfort us. Can we possibly find comfort in our hearts, believing that love can be used as a bridge? Can we use love to carry our load and manage the structure of beliefs that we’ve acquired in order to protect us from our vulnerability? If we don’t make this essential connection, we may be frozen in time, or no-time; we may remain stuck, afraid to take action and detached from the multidimensional aspects of ourselves. We frequently forget that we are not alone and we are being guided in every moment. We ignore our connection with those parts of ourselves that are available to support us when we seek answers to unanswerable questions. Sometimes, those other aspects of ourselves seem out of reach…but they are always there. They connect with that abiding, knowing part of our heart that exists outside the box of 3-D reality....
Last Weekend at Bridge to Avalon

Last Weekend at Bridge to Avalon

Thank you so much, Jeannine Clemens, owner and guide at Bridge to Avalon in Charleston. Last Friday evening, I spoke with a vibrant circle of people. We discussed how we are changing on a daily basis, how we receive guidance, and how we manage our experiences in our new reality. It was exciting and rewarding to discuss how we are releasing old belief systems and paradigms, and that we now have the opportunity to move beyond our dramas and karmic patterns. It can be challenging, but also exhilarating, when we maintain awareness of our multidimensionality and realize that the choices we make are affected by unseen factors. We also talked about the fact that being vulnerable binds us together, that trauma can keep us stuck, and when we own our issues, it helps us to resolve trauma and heal. I then had the opportunity to give in-depth readings on Saturday and Sunday. By energetically connecting with each individual, I answered questions and provided them with insights about how their personal experiences relate to their karmic patterns and life lessons. I received gratifying feedback and found it deeply rewarding to provide support to each of these amazing lights on their spiritual path. It can be difficult to explain, but I am merely the instrument for providing support to others. I put my Self aside and communicate whatever I receive without effort. I have no personal attachment to the information received. In continuing to follow guidance, I believe that I’m experiencing the bounty of abundant gratitude: In gratitude, the heart opens to fortunate circumstance, which serves as an armament against negativity, supplementing...
Karmic Stop Signs

Karmic Stop Signs

Karma has been defined as the experience of unresolved experiences from the past that return again to give us new opportunities to encounter and resolve them. In other words, our issues, patterns and emotional baggage return again and again until we are able to recognize and heal them. Some people don’t believe in karma, but to me, it serves as a personal stop sign. When I encounter resistance or delays that inhibit my ability to accomplish my goals, I take it as a sign to stop and reconsider my direction. I’m grateful that I don’t have job karma, because I’ve been gifted with unsolicited job offers at critical times in my life. However, when I think back to the times when I have been slammed with negativity and conflict, I see that I was encountering personal patterns – karmic stop signs – requiring me to think through, and feel through, all the complications associated with them. When that happened, I was moved to reach for new ways to understand and resolve the issues. I only know if  I’ve resolved a particular karmic pattern if it doesn’t reappear in a different form! Message: Digging down in oneness, the patterns of experience reflect the identity of the individual, whose vanity discloses a natural tendency to believe they are the personality associated with their birth name. However, each individual expresses the unity of consciousness which reflects a universal delivery of truth on multiple levels. The anxiety or conflict associated with karmic patterns carries a resonance for shared manifestation. Thus, they are not unique to the individual. The Soul agrees to experience the karmic manifestation as a consideration of the value of the whole. The triggering of a pattern produces a form of resonance which carries it to the next level...
The Birth of a Book

The Birth of a Book

On Sunday, I submitted the manuscript for my book to my publishing liaison. The book’s title is: “Not What We Appear to Be: New Perspectives for Conscious Living.” Emotionally, it felt like I was handing over a child that I had nurtured for a very long time, and now will release it to venture into the world. That part of my life is complete, so I’ll step into the role of offering it to others, in hopes that people will find the book’s contents enriching and enlightening. In fact, this book has nothing to do with me at all. I continue to feel blessed to have been the instrument through which the information was received. I asked questions, and in return received a broad range of enlightening answers about the experience of being human. When my friends congratulate me for completing the book, it’s sort of funny that I don’t feel boastful or proud about my personal accomplishment. Instead, I feel humble and filled with joy to be able to share amazing and sometimes mind-blowing perspectives about human origins and how to navigate our lives. I hope the book will find its way into the hands of readers who are open to receive and ready to take the next steps in their spiritual journey. I continue to receive insights about the speed at which we humans are changing and evolving. Our understanding of how we fit into the universal grid is shifting. Isn’t it ironic that, although not acknowledged by conventional society, there is a vast movement of conscious individuals who are finding, embracing, and sharing with each other. Message:...
